Our freedom focused weekend wine-down features lots of Americana to enjoy - poppers for the kiddos, lawn games, a food truck, live music, and all of the fun beverages for your crew.

Tastings - Offered every hour on the hour, $15 gets you a tasting of 6 samples of our wine and a souvenir stemless glass

Drinks - Our patio bar offers lots of fun libations, wine by the glass/bottle, wine slushies, an ever-rotating draft mead selection, samples of our still meads, bloody marys made with our jalapeño wine, and mimosas! Occasionally we’ll throw a curveball in there just to keep it interesting too!

Food Trucks / Live Music - We offer a food truck and live music every winedown, check out the info below for who is on today.

Dogs / Kids - Go ahead, have a glass of wine with your 4-legged pal. Kids are also welcome, they may be asked to sit away from the bar if we are full of adult tasters (but they’ll still be within eyeshot).  We've also got a swurfer/swing, cornhole, and other lawn games.

Other Info - Well behaved owners with their leashed dogs are permitted everywhere on property, including our tasting room. We do have a number of animals (rabbits, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, and two mini Highland cows too) - we ask that you are respectful of the animal care signs as we try to create the best, stressfree environment we can!

Every Friday

Grab your friends (or make some new ones) in this unique way to explore the Lowcountry. You’ll be picked up at the visitor’s center downtown on Fridays at 11:30 AM, from there you’ll travel to the home of Charleston’s only domestic winery and vineyard, Deep Water Vineyard; located on beautiful Wadmalaw Island. During a tasting of our amazing wines, you’ll also be gifted with a souvenir stemless wine glass. Next, you’ll travel over to Park Circle in North Charleston to enjoy a sampling of beer at Holy City Brewing before taking a short trip across the street to enjoy a tasting at Firefly Distillery, creators of Sweet Tea Vodka and 30 other spirits. You’ll sample of their wares, and you also get to keep your shot glass! Your driver will make sure you’re back downtown by 4 PM, concluding an unforgettable experience we call the “Tipsy Tour”.

Our 21st annual grape stomp festival is the highlight of the year for those of you who have stomping grapes in a barrel on your bucket list!  Featuring wine tastings starting at 10 as well as draft meads, mimosas, bloody marys, wine slushies, and beer too!  Pre-pay for your parking pass ($20 per car) and get your competition team signed up while spots last.  **Open stomping buckets will be available throughout the day as well.**  Lots of fun, music, food trucks featuring Lib's Diner, Foxes Fried, Jack of All Trades, and A Boy and His Dogs, lawn games, as well as local vendors selling unique gifts and free face-painting too!
