Every Friday

Grab your friends (or make some new ones) in this unique way to explore the Lowcountry. You’ll be picked up at the visitor’s center downtown on Fridays at 11:30 AM, from there you’ll travel to the home of Charleston’s only domestic winery and vineyard, Deep Water Vineyard; located on beautiful Wadmalaw Island. During a tasting of our amazing wines, you’ll also be gifted with a souvenir stemless wine glass. Next, you’ll travel to one of Charleston's many breweries and also have a stop at one of our wonderful distilleries.  Your driver will make sure you’re back downtown by 4 PM, concluding an unforgettable experience we call the “Tipsy Tour”.

Our weekend wine-downs happen rain or shine every Saturday from 10AM-5PM, all year long. Fun stuff for you to consider when you visit our wine-down:

Tastings - Offered every hour on the hour, $15 gets you a tasting of 6 samples of our wine and a souvenir stemless glass

Drinks - Our patio bar offers a lot of fun libations, wine by the glass/bottle/flight, wine slushies, ever-rotating draft meads, samples of our still meads, bloody marys made with our jalapeño wine, and mimosas! Occasionally, we'll throw a curveball in there just to keep it interesting, too!

Food Trucks/Live Music - We offer a food truck and live music every winedown, check out the info below for who is on today.

Dogs/Kids - Go ahead, have a glass of wine with your 4-legged pal. Kids are also welcome, they may be asked to sit away from the bar if we are full of adult tasters (but they'll still be within eyeshot). We've also got a swurfer/swing, cornhole, and other lawn games.

Other Info - Well-behaved owners with their leashed dogs are permitted everywhere on property, including our tasting room. We do have a number of animals (rabbits, a pig, chickens, ducks, geese, and Maggie and Tara, our mini Highland cows!) - we ask that you be respectful of the animal care signs as we try to create the best, stress-free environment we can!
